This was not an easy repair job on my 1986 BMW 325. Ryan was an excellent help in locating the necessary replacement parts and also in providing a courtesy car for the duration of the job. He was also not afraid to get his hands "dirty" dealing with "sticky issues".

Brought car in for a recall service. Repairs done and overall inspection found 1 problem. Suggestions for getting Repairs done were offered. No scare tactics. Ride to and from work were on time. Felt comfortable riding with both drivers. Service rep (Kurt) was accommodating. Took time to answer all my questions.

First class, very professional. I brought vehicle in for an emissions recall. They provided me a 2023 430i loaner vehicle no charge, washed my car, didn't pressure me with recommended services, they were fast courteous and friendly. On top of this, I didn't even buy the car being serviced through them.

Left my house at 4PM on a Friday before New Year's to go get something in Hartford. When I started my X7 it registered like 6 different error conditions (non that impacted drivability). So, after completing my first errand, stopped at New Country, explained the situation, dropped the car off and they said they'd look at it on Tuesday. By end of day the issue had been diagnosed, resolved and ready for pickup. Great experience, super quick, unplanned service, and a great resolution.

I am thankful for New Country BMW allowing me to bring my car in for service right after the Christmas holiday without a previously scheduled appointment despite them being extremely busy. Professional service.

I was lucky enough to buy my first (and dream) M car recently, and made the 6.5 hour round trip drive to buy from New Country because they had the exact spec. Samy made the process super smooth and was absolutely awesome to work with. If I’m able to buy any future Ms I’d absolutely make the drive again to work with Samy and New Country.

Overall good experience ordering a new X5; it was here in less than three weeks. Very nice people! Marco was fantastic, he was able to get me 2k under sticker which is quite different than the surrounding dealerships, offering 5000 above sticker. 

I went to new country BMW in hardford for an oil change everyone Was very helpful, They took a Video of the undercarriage of my car and the work that they performed, I was very happy with the outcome.

Ryan our service advisor was great!! He worked with us very well and helped us figure out the issue with our bmw. The only improvement I would suggest is for the ladies at the cashier area to be a little more professional towards their customers. When I asked a question about the bill “where on the bill does it show the oil change?”, I was told in a not so professional tone that she can’t help and I would need to speak to the service advisor.
