Monthly lease payments of $719 per month for 36 months is based on an adjusted capitalized cost of $57,520 (MSRP of $72,095, including destination and handling fee of $995, less $5,425 capitalized cost reduction, $0 security deposit, and suggested dealer contribution of $1,650 and $7,500 EV Lease Credit). Actual MSRP and dealer contribution may vary and could affect your monthly lease payment. The availability and amount of EV Lease Credits are subject to changes in law and subject to dealer participation, and could affect your monthly lease payment.  Consult your preferred BMW Center for more information regarding the availability of EV Lease Credits.

Cash due at signing includes $5,425 capitalized cost reduction, $719 first month’s payment, $925 acquisition fee and $0 security deposit. Lessee responsible for insurance during the lease term, excess wear and tear as defined in the lease contract, $0.25/mile over 22,500 miles, plus disposition fee of up to $495 (not to exceed an amount permissible by law) at lease end.
