At New Country BMW, our highly qualified technicians are here to provide exceptional service in a timely manner. From oil changes to transmission replacements, we are dedicated to maintaining top tier customer service, for both new and pre-owned car buyers! Getting voice-mail?

We are sorry, but at peak times of the day we get very busy and it can be tough for us to answer all incoming phone calls.  For this reason we do use voice mail but we understand that we need to return the calls promptly.

Service Department News & Events

New Team Members

We are pleased to welcome these experienced pros to the New Country BMW service team.
Bryan Gustis, service advisor, is here to assist service customers; Bryan lives locally and is an avid weekend Moto-Cross and Trial motorcycle racer.
Jon Sumner, service advisor, has extensive BMW experience and formerly spent a time working for the two Swedish car manufactures.  Jon is on his third BMW motorcycle and enjoys hitting the road for long roadtrips on two wheels.
Mark Zuppe, BMW service advisor: Mark has been involved in the passionate care of BMWs for over 15 years.  As a Yankees fan, he joins Jason in gloating about the 2009 World Series Champions.
Chris Bowens, Master Tech: Chris was leading our competition for He Who Drives the Oldest, Highest Miles BMW to Work each day.  Sadly, Chris's old E30 3series got rear ended by the ubiquitous SUV being driven by a cell-phone talker a few weeks ago. If you have a 350,000+ mile 3series, Chris might want to have a chat....
Randy Cipriani, Master Tech: Randy is as dedicated a BMW-head as you will ever find.  He takes immense pride in fixing your car right the first time. Just don't stand between him and his 64oz coffee in the morning.

New Car Wash Machine Installed

On December 2nd 09 we installed a brand spankin' new all cloth car wash machine.  We said goodbye to our former car wash, which had serviced valiantly for two decades plus.  This new washer wasn't inexpensive, but boy is it a beauty. Made in Minnesota, it has softer cloths, higher pressure water and soap jets and a better rinse cycle.  We've also found a way to clean the brake dust from your wheels.  A clean BMW is a happy BMW, and we're pleased to have been able to make this investment keep your BMW sleek and shiny.
