because so many customers are home with the flu, we may be able to fit

We have recently (October 09) made some improvements to our appointment process
in order to provide more time for your service advisor to meet with you
when you come in for your appointment. If your BMW has something in
particular that needs our attention, the more detail we can get from
you about it, the better our chances of fixing it in one visit. And
while dropping a car off for maintenance is a nice quick process, when
there's a problem that needs to be solved, your investment of 5-10
minutes helping us understand what you're experiencing can make all the
difference. We may suggest that we drive the car with you so that you
can demonstrate exactly what's going on. Like a visit to the doctor's
office, the need for clear communication is all-important. Feel free
to bring along any notes you may have made as to what's going on and
when, or perhaps what sort of noises you're hearing. We will be
grateful for your input! These are the reasons that we are staggering
arrival times every fifteen minutes instead of having all the customers
descend on us at once. We want to improve your experience with us.

Need something quick, like your oil topped off or a bulb changed? Then just come on down
and we will handle for you on the spot. Monday to Fridays, we're
available to help with such jobs from 7am to 5:30pm, Saturdays from 8am
to 12pm. Here are the normal items that fit this category: Top off
engine oil or other fluids; re-set tire pressures or tire pressure
monitor (see note on next page); fix a tire; change a bulb; replace
your wiper blades. Things which CANNOT be done so quickly: the
service engine soon light, aka check engine light, can be a bit more
involved and a call to ask when we can fit you in would be a good
idea.
